I am L.Rouderics, Bangalore, the proud owner of Angel Mutton Soup, and I am delighted to share the remarkable story of how my soup shop came up.

My journey into the world of soups was quite unconventional. Formerly a fitness trainer and personal bodyguard, my life took an unexpected turn during a prayer session at Jesus Redeems, Nalumavadi. In a divine vision, Jesus urged me to embark on a new venture – a soup shop. The vision was so vivid that it occurred twice not only during the day while sleeping, but the same vision repeated at night also.

In 2017, I decided to heed this divine calling and bring my vision to life. With only 300 rupees in hand, I faced opposition from my parents who thought it was an expensive and risky business. Despite their concerns, I persisted and invested 200 rupees in mutton and 100 rupees in gas. I requested my mother to cook a pot of soup, and with that, I officially opened my soup shop on the street near jeevan bhimanagar in Bangalore.

My father was a security supervisor and he strongly opposed this decision upon learning about it, but my unwavering belief in Jesus Christ and my determination kept me going on. Despite the initial challenges, Angel Mutton Soup began to thrive, experiencing fabulous growth. I expanded my menu gradually, introducing various mutton dishes, starting with leg soup, mutton boti fat less , mutton liver, mutton chops, head mutton fry, and even venturing into tiffin items like idly, appam, and idyappam.

The year 2019 brought another revelation during a vision – the shop was to be named "Angel Mutton leg Soup." This divine guidance marked a turning point in the trajectory of my business.

Starting the mutton soup shop at the age of 24 in 2017 was not without its difficulties, especially with family opposition. However, with Jesus' blessings and my steadfast prayers, I overcame the challenges and turned Angel Mutton Soup into a successful venture.

Today, we have not only secured a loyal customer base but have also expanded our business through franchises. The trust our customers place in us is a testament to the quality and quantity of the delectable dishes we serve.

In conclusion, the journey from a fitness trainer to a soup shop owner has been nothing short of miraculous, filled with divine guidance, determination, and the savory aroma of Angel Mutton Soup.
